Mediation
Clarity.
Empathy.
Resolution.
With over two decades of legal experience, Chris brings a rare combination of courtroom knowledge, judicial insight, and genuine empathy to every mediation. Licensed as an attorney since 2003, and licensed in both Texas and Florida, Chris has spent his career representing employers, employees, businesses, and partners in complex, high-stakes disputes — from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses to individuals — giving him a 360-degree view of how conflict unfolds and, more importantly, how it resolves.
Chris is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor & Employment Law, reflecting his deep expertise in workplace and employment matters. His experience representing both sides of employment disputes — employers and employees alike — means he walks into every mediation without blind spots. Chris' legal career has taken him from the chambers of two federal judges, to an AmLaw 100 international labor and employment boutique, to the courtrooms of Texas where he tried countless civil lawsuits on behalf of the State, to building his own boutique business law practice in Austin. This broad experience has sharpened his ability to understand risk and potential outcomes, cut through complexity, identify the core issues in a dispute, and understand what drives each party at the table.
Certified as a mediator since 2017, Chris is uniquely qualified to guide parties through employment conflicts, business disputes, and partnership disagreements toward resolutions that last. But his path to mediation wasn't accidental — it was a calling. Chris believes that reaching agreements and giving the parties a path to move forward is almost always a better use of everyone's time, money, and energy than fighting about them. That conviction, combined with a natural gift for understanding the human dynamics beneath legal disputes, makes him a uniquely effective neutral.
Based in Austin, Texas, Chris offers mediation services both in-person and via video conferencing — making it easy to work with parties regardless of location.
